The Secret History — Donna Tartt

One of my all time favourites. The Secret History is a very elegant but haunting tale of Cambridge Classics students who test the boundaries of mortality and friendship. Donna Tartt has created a compelling murder mystery but written it with such beautiful prose that it’s unlike any other of its genre.
